Sales Coordinator / Full-time / Taiwan
At Wooting, our business model is Direct to Customer (D2C). We value instant feedback from our end-users for better product development and engagement. This year, we are expanding our Business to Business (B2B) operations to meet the increasing local demand in various countries that we are not actively selling ourselves. We only cooperate with resellers that sell directly to end-users. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our efforts to expand our B2B operation and support local resellers around the world.
You are responsible for successfully Taking, Allocating, Tracking, and Fulfilling B2B orders. You will be Wooting’s contact window for these B2B clients, this entails answering daily inquiries and communicating their intentions with the team.
As a Sales Coordinator, you are not an ordinary salesperson, you need to be process-oriented, an excellent communicator, and have an attention to detail. You will interface with several internal and external parties some of them including the Logistic Coordinator on stock/ production allocation, a 3rd-party warehouse on shipping arrangements, and the finance team on payment confirmation. Communication and execution play a vital role.
Your typical day starts with reviewing incoming B2B order requests. There are a few clients that need a shipping quote and others that will pickup based on EXW from the CN/HKG warehouse, but you notice a single client having a 100% increase from regular demand. You contact the client to ask what the increased demand is for, and at the same time see from which warehouse we can source the additional demand with the Logistics coordinator.
The incoming orders were approved, allocated, and invoiced. Within the next days your clients start to reply with confirmations and payment receipts that you cross reference with Accountancy.
After payment confirmation, you’re able to approve the orders, and get things in motion in coordination with the order management systems, designated warehouses, and forwards depending on the order requirements.
While processing the orders, you notice there was a mishap in the stock allocation. Thankfully you’re not alone. You immediately verify your findings and communicate them with the Logistics Coordinator and Business project manager to look for solutions….
These tasks can all be completed from the comfort of your home. While our company is based in the Netherlands, our employees mostly work remotely, with flexible work hours.
